Ginger, Honey & Lemon Tea
Ingredients
- 2 cm fresh ginger sliced or grated
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed (roughly the juice of one lemon)
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Add water and ginger to a pot and heat for up to 5 minutes until it reaches a gentle simmer.
- Add honey and lemon and stir well until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving. You can remove the ginger pieces carefully with a spoon or strain if desired.
