All appointments, including discovery sessions, are available via Halaxy Telehealth.

• All appointments require payment at the time of booking.
• Please ensure you have read the Cancellation Policy when booking an appointment.
• A parent/guardian must be present at appointments for people under the age of 16 years.
• Please ensure you return your Intake Form in a timely manner before your appointment date. Any blood or pathology tests may also be emailed to the clinic.
