About Johanna

Johanna Bush is a Clinical Nutritionist with 10 years of clinical experience in providing individualised evidence-based nutritional care.
She has a keen interest in the links between dietary, lifestyle, and environmental impacts on mental health and chronic illness.
Johanna’s insightful and compassionate approach to creating practical and sustainable results is highly regarded among her clients.
Consulting Australia-wide via Telehealth, Johanna supports clients in the management of complex and chronic health conditions, including:
- autoimmune conditions
- digestion and gut health
- cardiovascular health
- mental health and cognition
- sleep disorders and fatigue
- pain management
Johanna holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine) and an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine from Torrens University. She is a registered Certified Practicing Nutritionist (CPN) with the Australasian Association and Register of Practicing Nutritionists (AARPN).
In addition, Johanna has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at Southern Cross University and a Diploma of Sustainable Living at the University of Tasmania.
She has also trained in DNA testing for clinical practice, CIRS-WDB and mould illness risk, and teaching breath work techniques for managing stress and anxiety.
Outside of clinical practice, Johanna is a passionate advocate for biodiversity and conservation, and raising awareness of coeliac disease and environmental health issues.
Her research interests include the areas of nutritional neuroscience, nutritional psychiatry, and lifestyle medicine.
