Love a comforting cinnamon crunch? These apple chips will delight your taste buds, and make the whole house smell delicious when baking.
This recipe is super easy, requiring only two ingredients. Simply pop the sliced apples in the oven and get back to other tasks.
You may like to eat your apple chips as a snack, or they can be added as a porridge topping. Throw them into a salad for some extra crunch, use them to decorate cakes, or whatever else you choose!

Cinnamon Apple Chips
Equipment
- Baking tray
- Sharp knife or mandoline
Ingredients
- 3 apples
- cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 100°C (fan forced) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Thinly slice apples and remove any seeds. You may core the centres, but this isn't necessary.
- Lay the apple slices flat on the baking tray and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven, flip the apple slices over, and sprinkle with some more cinnamon. Bake for a further 1 hour.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before eating. Enjoy!
