Cinnamon Apple Chips
A delicious and crisp treat for colder weather — cinnamon apple chips are a comforting snack, or garnish for your morning porridge.

Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 100°C (fan forced) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Thinly slice apples and remove any seeds. You may core the centres, but this isn't necessary.
Lay the apple slices flat on the baking tray and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 1 hour.
Remove from the oven, flip the apple slices over, and sprinkle with some more cinnamon. Bake for a further 1 hour.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before eating. Enjoy!
Notes
If you want to make a larger batch of apple chips, use a second tray and swap them between the top and middle racks at step 4.
