Satay Sauce
This sauce pairs well over roasted vegetables, with chicken skewers, or as a dip with homemade hot chips.

Ingredients

peanut butter

soy sauce
(gluten free if following a gluten free diet)

garlic cloves
crushed

ginger
ground

chili flakes

sesame seeds

apple cider vinegar

lemon juice
(or half a lemon)

water
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except for the water) in the order they appear in the ingredients list.
Slowly add the water, stirring until well blended and the sauce lightens in colour.
