Servings 5 serves
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour (aka. arrowroot)
  • 1 cup frozen berries or other fruit of choice (see note)

Instructions

  • Use a low heat to gently melt your coconut oil and mix in all ingredients, except for your berries.
  • Remove from the heat and coat the berries in your chocolate sauce. Let sit to solidify.
  • You can eat your chocolates immediately or store them in the fridge for a treat later.

Notes

This recipe is fun to experiment with. You can choose different fruits to use with your chocolate sauce. As long as your fruit is frozen, it should work. Why not try sliced banana, kiwi fruit, strawberries, pineapple or blueberries?
