Ingredients
2tbspcoconut oil
2tbspraw cacao powder
2tbspmaple syrup
1tbsptapioca flour(aka. arrowroot)
1cupfrozen berriesor other fruit of choice (see note)
Instructions
Use a low heat to gently melt your coconut oil and mix in all ingredients, except for your berries.
Remove from the heat and coat the berries in your chocolate sauce. Let sit to solidify.
You can eat your chocolates immediately or store them in the fridge for a treat later.
Notes
This recipe is fun to experiment with. You can choose different fruits to use with your chocolate sauce. As long as your fruit is frozen, it should work. Why not try sliced banana, kiwi fruit, strawberries, pineapple or blueberries?
