Add all ingredients (except for your toppings) to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Spoon the chocolate mousse into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
Add your chosen toppings and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
Due to the rich flavour and creaminess of this chocolate mousse, I like to include toppings that add a bit of tang and crunch!Seasonal fruits and chopped nuts are a great addition. My choices usually include kiwifruit slices, raspberries or pomegranate, chia seeds & pistachio.
